Scholarship Application

The Equity and Inclusion Campaign individual membership dues are $60.00.   The Campaign understands that some participants may not be in the position to pay these dues and offers scholarships to those who cannot.  To apply for a scholarship, please answer the questions below.   We will respond to your application shortly.
